Pangasinan Technological Institute is located at San Isidro Norte, Binmaley, Pangasinan. It is west of Dagupan City and is considered as gateway to western Pangasinan. It is bounded on the north by the famous Lingayen Gulf, on the east by the city of Dagupan, on the south by the city of San Carlos and on the west by Lingayen, the capital of Pangasinan.
